"State Farm is a great company, however this office is not. David and his office continuously dropped the ball anytime they were asked for anything. I have recently decided to switch agents because of this. I only have 1 vehicle so pretty simple policy. I don’t ever reach out but when there has been any communication it’s been the most unpleasant experience in the 20+ years of having car insurance. Absolute worst. Also, their office workers will think questioning someone other than David is calling out of the blue to upsell (on a policy that has nothing to upsell) is rude and hang up the phone. David will respond back on here that I was rude to his employees but the two I spoke two could not properly speak English to begin with. So you’re selling me something in a way I can’t understand telling me my policy will change and I’m not supposed to get upset or question?? Stay away from David but please use State Farm they’re good"
